CERCA: The Responder is the official publication of the Canadian Emergency Response Contractors’ Alliance (CERCA). It is published twice per year and features content this is important and relevant to stakeholders representing the Canadian dangerous goods emergency response industry. 

Each issue is mailed directly to members of CERCA as well as industry partners, and all issues are available online to read free of charge.
